By becoming a certified Resilia Studio Site, your organization can repeatedly offer the Brilliant Minds© Program and annual symposium to everyone in your community. It benefits members, staff, volunteers, and families and helps others lead more active, fulfilling lives.
The Brilliant Minds© Program is a science-backed arts & health program that works to strengthen the cognitive and emotional resilience of adults ages 60 and older. Our proven strategies support better health, boost self-worth, and foster great social confidence – helping your community thrive, one session at a time.

How it works
Step 1 -
Apply & Appoint Your Program Team
Identify 1–2 Program Leaders with degrees or licenses in fields such as:
- Fine or Performing Arts
- Gerontology
- Art/Music Therapy
- Neuropsychology
- Recreation Therapy
- Or a related field
These leaders will oversee the program’s quality, growth, and sales performance.
Select individuals with proven leadership skills and experience growing programs.
Next, select up to 10 staff or volunteers to become certified facilitators. They will:
- Prepare and clean up materials
- Facilitate creative sessions
- Execute the curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment
Step 2 -
Start Your Partnership with Resilia
To officially activate your site’s certification, complete the following:
- Sign the Mutual Partnership Agreement
- Pay the Annual Partnership Fee: $1,395
As a certified Resilia Studio Site, you receive:
- Full access to the Creative & Artful Thinking Activity Catalog (CATA-log) — a growing digital library of content
- Curriculum and supply lists featuring structured 2-hour session plans aligned with the LEMONS© Method and the core program elements
- Continuous virtual support from the Resilia team
- Discounted access to annual symposiums and advanced trainings
- Use of the Brilliant Minds© Program brand and materials
- Authorization to charge revenue for Brilliant Minds© programming
- Not included, creative engagement and art-making supplies
Step 3 -
On-Site Training
To launch your site, schedule your required 8-hour, in-person, on-site training to become a certified Resilia Studio Site.
- Cost: $2,997
- Includes: Training art-making supplies, all learning materials, and facilitator certification
- Not Included: Meals and beverages (participants should bring their own unless provided by the organization)
- Capacity: Up to 12 participants total including program leaders and facilitators
Ongoing Requirement:
To ensure long-term program integrity and excellence, the following ongoing training requirements apply:
- Certification must be renewed every two years
- All new Program Leaders and facilitators must complete training prior to leading sessions
Regular participation in Resilia’s continuing education ensures facilitators stay current with updated tools, curriculum enhancements, and best practices
Resilia views facilitator development as a growth pathway—today’s facilitators may become tomorrow’s leaders. Ongoing training supports both individual professional development and the broader success of your program.
Step 4 -
Market and Sell
Shoot for the Stars!
Collaborate with Resilia to:
- Select a curriculum format (choose the number of 2-hour sessions per series)
- Develop strategies to promote your offering internally and to the public
- Strengthen member resilience while creating sustainable program revenue
- Exhibit artworks at the next symposium.
- Invite potential members and families.
- Measure improved health.
- Generate revenue!
Resilia will provide continued guidance to help you successfully position and grow your Brilliant Minds© offerings.
Step 5 -
Host Regular Symposiums
Organize and promote recurring Brilliant Minds© Symposiums to:
- Celebrate member creativity and recognize outstanding volunteers
- Engage the public and raise awareness of your site’s unique wellness programming
- Reinforce your organization’s commitment to creative aging and mental vitality
- Fee: $ 1,498/symposium. Includes, materials.
These events position your program as a leader in arts-based wellness and build community engagement and visibility.
Step 6 -
Sustain & Grow Your Impact
Shoot for the Stars!
To ensure continued excellence:
- Renew both training and partnership every two years
- Stay involved in Resilia’s network of certified facilitators and leaders
- Participate in new training opportunities and implement evolving curriculum content
- Support the development of facilitators into future Program Leaders
Ongoing engagement with Resilia ensures your site remains vibrant, innovative, and aligned with the latest developments in creative aging and therapeutic engagement.
Investment & Inclusions
Resilia Studio© Site Fee
$ 1,395 / year
- Assigned contact for monthly support and quality assurance.
- Unlimited access to the CATA-log via website portal.
- Rights to use Resilia’s proprietary curriculum content, activity tools, resource, and brand names.
- Rights to charge revenue for offering the Brilliant Minds©.
- Reduced rate for other in-person trainings as needed.
Site Certification
$ 2,997
- Eight hours of in-person methodology and skills training. Includes all learning materials and supplies.
- Multiple virtual mini-lessons and resources required before attending the in-person training.
- One or more leaders attend who hold a degree or license in gerontology, neuropsychology, creative therapy, recreation therapy, or other relevant field.
- One or more staff or volunteers attend to learn how to facilitate sessions but do not hold the responsibility of controlling the quality and continuous improvement of the program.
- Training must be repeated as leadership staff changes or every three years at a discounted rate.
Annual Brilliant Minds Symposium (optional)
$ 1,498 / symposium
- Resilia organizes and customizes an annual symposium event with and for the public, members, staff, and families of your community.
- It is a dual-purpose event designed to celebrate and showcase the insights and achievements of the Brilliant Minds© program, and
- Deepen and expand the teachings of LEMONS©: Strengthen Your Resilience method.
- Exposition of artworks and other productions from the Brilliant Minds© program.
- Creative engagement activities that engage your community and produce a piece of art to take home.
- Opportunity for publicity, new member welcomes, expanded awareness, and/or individual awards and honors.
