LEMONS©:
Strengthen Your Resilience
Protecting the cognition & emotional health of adults 60+ with the Arts and Health Sciences.

LEMONS Method©
The Brilliant Minds© Program offers a structured, research-informed curriculum designed to support cognitive health, emotional expression, and physical activity for adults ages 60 and older. Trained staff and volunteers deliver the program through 2-hour sessions using Resilia’s LEMONS© Method and advanced practices of person-centered care.
Organizations first host a Brilliant Minds Symposium to learn the basics and experience Resilia’s dynamic teaching strategies. Then, organizations apply to be a Resilia Studio Site so they can be certified to offer the Brilliant Minds program.

Neuroscience + the Arts
What sets Resilia apart is our arts-integrated pedagogy, which enhances engagement, improves knowledge retention, and nurtures caregiver well-being. From music and journaling to reflective art-making and storytelling, the Brilliant Minds© curriculum fosters resilience, connection, and confidence in aging well.
