Description
Legacy Chronicles for Organizations is an innovative arts program for senior adults that captures the ordinary and extraordinary of their lives through 50 unique chronicles of exploratory questions and discovery activities. This edition is unique for organizations because it includes multiple art experiences and all the necessary supplies for 8 program participants, plus training and instruction for facilitators. By the end, participants have a self-portrait and legacy book to enjoy and pass on to others. Add-on products include a leather album with additional photo collection activity and assemblage instructions, personalized name plate, and/or professional legacy video.

Facilitation Plan for Legacy Chronicles
- The 50 chronicles are divided between 6 chapters.
- Each chapter requires 4 sessions x 2 hours each. Best facilitated as 2 sessions per week. Each session two hours each. Example, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12pm.
- Each chapter includes an art experience and 8-9 chronicles.
- Each chronicle includes exploratory questions and many include bonus discovery activities.
